Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written and other materials that are part of this site are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Environmental Compliance Corp., LLC d.b.a. WePadit. The content of the WePadIt.com site is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by its visitors. You may download or copy materials displayed on the site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any part of the WePadIt.com site, or any related material.

We do not represent or warrant that the website, any tools (such as calculators), software, content or online services will be error-free or will meet any particular criteria of accuracy, completeness, reliability, performance or quality. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such tools, software, statement or information shall be at your sole risk. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of this website or in any incorrectly calculated orders.

WePadIt attempts to represent all colors as accurately as possible however due to differences in monitors, browsers, software, etc., WePadIt cannot guarantee exact color matching via website appearance. Please contact us for swatches.

Customer Terms & Disclaimer

Customer has requested Environmental Compliance Corp., LLC, d.b.a. WePadIt (WePadIt) to manufacture and supply safety pads in accordance with Customer’s designs and specifications including, among other things, type of foam, characteristics and physical dimensions (collectively, “Specifications”). WePadIt will supply the Products at Customer’s request. However, because WePadIt has no control over end user’s requirements, Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold WePadIt harmless from any claims and damages resulting from or arising out of Customer’s use or sale of the Product.

Customer is relying solely upon its own judgement as to the Specifications, appropriateness, and particular uses for the Products. Customer is cautioned to determine the appropriateness of WePadIt’s products before use. Accordingly, WEPADIT IS PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCTS FROM WEPADIT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. All claims for breach of warranty must be made within thirty (30) days after the date of shipment. At Customer’s option and as its sole remedy, WePadIt will replace any non-conforming Products, issue a credit or refund the purchase price paid by Customer. This limited warranty is non-transferable, and does not extend to Customer’s resale customer or end-user. Customer is solely responsible for any and all warranty claims resulting from any representations or warranties made by Customer to its customers or end-users.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEPADIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUCH DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY), OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CUSTOMER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WEPADIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF (OR KNOWS OR SHOULD KNOW OF) THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WEPADIT’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR EXPANSES OF ANY NATURE RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM WEPADIT’S MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER DUE TO DELAY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, INDEMNITY, WARRANT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, ERROR OR OMISSION, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS TO WHICH THE CLAIM RELATES. Any legal action based on WePadIt’s alleged breach of its obligation hereunder must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action is accrued.

The Indemnification obligations herein will survive delivery and acceptance of the Products. The Parties transactions shall be and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without reference to its choice of law rules, and the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any controversy or claim concerning such transactions shall be the courts of the State of Oklahoma or in the federal courts located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Warranty

Subject to proper installation and normal use, WePadIt warrants, subject to the limitations below, to the original retail purchaser all pad structural components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. WePadIt reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claim to be defective, and to recover said merchandise, prior to authorization of warranty claim. The only exclusions to this warranty are Acts of God or vandalism.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product.
  • All returns incur a 35% restocking fee.
  • Pads that have been used are not returnable. Any pads with dirt or marks will be considered used.
  • Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Customer pays for the return shipping as well.
  • All return orders must be approved by WePadIt and have a completed Return Authorization Form included with the shipment when returning.
  • If a mistake is made by WePadIt with regards to the pad size, type, quantity or color, the customer will not incur any costs to fix the error.

Please note that certain features or services discussed in this Privacy Policy may not be offered or available on all of our Websites.

What Personal Information Does We Pad It Collect About Me?

When you visit our Website, we may collect two types of information from you: (1) Personal Information you voluntarily choose to disclose to us, and (2) Website Usage Information that we automatically collect as you interact with the Website.

We reserve the right to disclose and transfer Personal Information: (1) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of one or more of the Websites; or (2) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, or restructuring, the sale of substantially all of We Pad It stock and/or assets, or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.

What are My Choices Regarding Use and Distribution of Personal Information?

When you are asked for Personal Information on our Website, you will be given the opportunity to "opt out" from having We Pad It contact you regarding special offers and promotions. We may occasionally send you information about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. We Pad It is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third-party Website. Links or advertisements do not constitute or imply any review or endorsement of any non-We Pad It site. Because other sites may collect, use and distribute your Personal Information in manners different than We Pad It, we recommend that you read the privacy statements of all third party Websites before submitting any Personal Information to those Websites. They are not within our control.

Consent to Transfer Personal Information to the United States

The Websites are operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
